Team assistant (m/f/d) part-time

The School of Natural Sciences (NAT), Technical University of Munich in Garching, is looking for a part-time (min 50%) team assistant (m/f/d) for the professorships “Biosystems Chemistry of Natural Products” and “AI-guided Protein Design” as soon as possible.

Your area of ​​responsibility:
This varied and exciting role will include administrative tasks at the department, scheduling, office organization, processing invoices, managing third-party funding, internet research and orders, as well as planning and coordinating courses, exams, events, and business trips.

Your requirements:
- Completed training as a secretary, office communications clerk, office management clerk, or other commercial training
- Good accounting skills
- Knowledge of SAP desired
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, confident use of the internet
- Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English
- Willingness to continually familiarize yourself with new programs, processes, and technologies
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, a friendly nature, quick comprehension, commitment, reliability, flexibility, and a confident demeanor
